Repair & Rectification of RC Dam Structure, Rebaring, and Micro Concreting.
This critical infrastructure project involved comprehensive repair and structural reinforcement of the dam RC components. The scope included removal of loose concrete, advanced rebaring using couplers and shear connectors, and supplying/applying high-strength micro-concrete and epoxy mortars to ensure the longevity of the structure.

Strengthened RC StructureSpecial repair of spillway and roller bucket.
Faced with heavily damaged seal beams, severe silt erosion, and deep cavities, CP Systems executed highly complex underwater repairs in the lean season. The works involved profile matching with high-performance M80 concrete, rebaring, epoxy grouting, and laying MS plate liners for the spillway and roller buckets.

Advanced RebaringSlope stabilization, shotcreting, and advanced structural grouting.
Spanning 36 months, this monumental execution involved stabilization of the left bank reaching heights of 200m from the river bed. Over 20,000 sqm area was secured via rock-bolting and chainlink. Furthermore, the power intake, turbine base plates, and construction joints were rigorously treated with extensive Epoxy and PU grouting.

Epoxy Mortar TreatmentConsolidation of fragile strata using Polyurethane and Colloidal Silica.
In 2021, the VPHEP Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) was stuck in the highly fragile HRT section. Over a span of 1.5 years, CP Systems executed intricate consolidation drilling and PU/Microfine cement grouting to completely stabilize the sandy strata and successfully release the TBM.

Successful StabilizationHRT repair with Epoxy Mortar and severe leakage stoppage.
Executed in 2010 across a challenging 10-kilometer-long, 3.3m diameter tunnel. Operations required massive logistical feats to manually transport heavy machinery deep into the tunnel from limited entry points. The persistent severe headwater leakages were fully addressed through focused PU grouting and epoxy treatments.
