With a view to secure resources for the long-term, the group has been focusing on investment in the fields of exploration and Mining, Beneficiation, Processing and trading in Mineral Resources. We are presently performing mining operations and doing exploration work in various countries focusing on mainly for Manganese and Chrome Ore. We have a fully-equipped mineral exploration department with a team of highly skilled professionals and a fleet of modern drilling-machines and other exploration equipments. In the last few years, there has been increased investment in the mining and exploration sector within our portfolio. The exploration projects are currently spread over various locations in India & abroad. Additionally, we are also eyeing the prospects of inorganic growth through the acquisition of greenfield/ brownfield mining projects, by collaborating with existing licence holders for mining rights and the rehabilitation of abandoned mines. Presently we are exploring the mines in India, Turkey, Ethiopia and other countries and the projects are in various stages of exploration We are currently exploring for Manganese, Chrome, coal, limestone, iron-ore, chrome and other base metals in these countries. Our main aim to acquire Brownfields and Greenfields, convert brownfields into greenfields, undertake mining operations to extract the minerals and export to various countries where these minerals are in demand. We have a long term perspective to undertake this business and we want to contribute actively in the economy of the country wherever we are working. Presently we are actively involved in production of Manganese Ore in Turkey, where we have acquired mining rights in various parts of Turkey. We have one mines of Manganese Ore with total area of 951 Hectares where the production is being undertaken and in addition, to this we have also acquired mine with Copper Ore and the area is approximately 2000 Hectares. Further exploration is being undertaken for acquisition of another 5000 hectares area for Chrome and Manganese mining.

OBJECTIVES & MODE OF OPERATION FOR ABOVE ACTIVITIES

Our Objective is to continue successful exploration and operation work at our following mines already acquired in Turkey at following locations:

Achievement of all the above objectives require intensive and indepth study of the country and the business, meeting with concerned businessmen, professional & officials and extensive travelling throuhout the country. This also requires establishment of offices and base at various locations and stabilizing of company officials and make themselves available for such transactions.
